to nonprofit groups.
We are located in San Francisco and currently have a staff of 80. All full-time

Quality Assurance Engineer
Our Quality Assurance Engineer creates and executes test plans, test cases, and scripts for development projects supporting our billing, rating, CRM, and web systems. Other responsibilities: drive resolution of reported defects with software developers; understand and communicate defect priority; support operations/production support team in validating production defects; provide perspective and guidance on launch readiness of projects, and review and provide feedback on requirements and design documentation. Requires: 2-3 years experience in software quality assurance, with a track-record of quality releases/deliverables (based on metrics); experience with system, functional, integration, regression, and post implementation validation testing; experience with the testing of projects that touch many disparate systems and require heavy integration testing; understanding and experience of both white box and black box testing; experience negotiating with external and internal vendors during the testing lifecycle; clear/concise communication skills, and exceptional analytical skills.

Senior Accountant
Our Senior Accountant is responsible for handling the cashflow, managing the month-end close including accounts receivable, fixed assets and inventory, and reconciliations. The Senior Accountant will also monitor customer payments, organize and maintain accounting records and support the Accounting Manager and finance team as needed. A successful Senior Accountant at Working Assets/CREDO Mobile will have a solid accounting background, be extremely detail oriented and systematic, be able to solve problems with minimal guidance, and have professional curiosity to investigate daily issues and pursue long term solutions. They will also be highly motivated and a strong team player who is willing to assist his or her team and other departments when needed. Requires a BA/BS in Accounting with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, solid knowledge and the application of GAAP and outstanding communication skills. Also, proficieny with Excel. Experience with AccPac and databases such as Access or SQL a plus.
